At Vive® Rejuvenation, our goal is for you to have a relaxing, enjoyable “Vive® Experience” with each and every visit. We strive to ensure low wait times an a safe, comfortable environment.
Cancelling, Rescheduling, or Missing Appointments
Our clinic requires a minimum of 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled without 2 business days’ notice are subject to a non-refundable $50 service charge unless accompanied by a valid reason (e.g. illness, family emergency). We give a reminder text or call 3 business days’ before your appointment to give you plenty of notice. This same policy applies if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Our texting reminders allow you to reply to the text to confirm your appointment, at which time you will receive a second text thanking you for confirming your appointment. If we don’t receive your confirmation text, we follow up with a reminder phone call. If we don’t receive your confirmation 48 hours before your treatment, we may have to reschedule your appointment to allow other clients on the waiting list an opportunity to book their treatments.
Please Be Prepared and On Time For Your Appointments
Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment will affect the rest of the schedule, making our clinicians late for their next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may result in loss/rescheduling of the appointment, retention of the deposit, or a late fee charge. Ensure you arrive in enough time to have a glass of water, relax, and cleanse your skin/remove makeup, before your appointment time. Please remember to do a close shave the night before your laser hair removal and body contouring treatments – we don’t include shaving time with your treatment, and additional fees will apply if we need to shave the area prior to your treatment.
Deposit, Payment and Refund Policy
Longer treatments require a $50 deposit which is due and payable at the time of booking. Deposit, payment and refund policies will be thoroughly explained at the time of booking. These payments are non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled with less than 2 business days’ notice.
Vive® Rejuvenation medical charting, clinical photography, prescriptions, and medical plans are completely confidential, and the property of Vive® Rejuvenation.
All consultations and follow ups are complimentary, and service charges apply only to treatments. Please be assured we will strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible.
Our Clinic respects your confidentiality and privacy. When you receive health services from our Clinic, we collect individually identifying health information in accordance with (s 20) of the Health Information Act (HIA).
We collect this health information directly from you, except in the limited circumstances where we are authorized under HIA (s 22(2)) to indirectly collect such information. Our primary purpose in collecting your health information is to:
• Provide diagnostic, treatment and care services to you
• Determine or verify your eligibility for health services
• Bill the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan for our services
Our Clinic will only collect, use and disclose your health information in accordance with the provisions of HIA . e also protect your health information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction as per the privacy provisions of this legislation.
