Represent the Vive® Rejuvenation Clinic in a positive, professional, efficient, welcoming manner on the phone and in person. Ensure every client enjoys an “Exceptional Vive® Experience” every time they visit.

First consideration will be given to candidates with:
Experience in the medical and/or medical aesthetic industry
Exceptional skill and experience with clients: customer service, scheduling, retail transactions, client care
Experience and success with retail sales, marketing, and inventory management
Medical Office Assistant Certification
Knowledge of medical grade skincare including Vivier, ZO SkinHealth, SkinMedica and Glo Skin Beauty

Implement opening and closing procedures
Manage cash and transactions accurately and efficiently
Answer phone professionally, schedule clients and service providers
Process clients; paperwork, documentation, prescriptions, lab results, referrals, insurance forms, follow up appointments, retail sales, membership
Understand, execute, and follow clinic processes and protocols, confidentiality and Netcare guidelines

Receive, track and order retail product and clinic inventory; min/max management; PO’s
Monthly invoicing, tracking and generation of POS reports
Knowledge and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Milano Medispa Software, Quickbooks, Netcare
Recommend appropriate medical grade skincare and makeup options for clients
Be available to cover shifts Monday to Saturday

Bring the team together and performing at its best; keep schedules on time, provide and encourage a supportive working environment: encourage kindness, empathy, professionalism and positive teamwork
Demonstrate professionalism, an excellent attendance record, dependability, diplomacy and exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

Prepare day sheets for Physicians, Clinicians and RNs;
Help with clinic flow and cleanliness
Identify gaps, problems and issues; troubleshoot to find a positive solution/outcome
Always strive to improve patient flow, client experience, and best results
