Represent the Vive® Rejuvenation Clinic in a positive, professional, friendly, welcoming manner on the phone and in person. Ensure every client enjoys an “Excellent Vive Experience” each time they visit the clinic.
Medical Reception/ Medical Office Assistant Certification or 5 years of medical reception/MOA experience will have first consideration.
Implement opening and closing procedures, answer phone, schedule clients.
Process clients; paperwork, documentation, prescriptions, lab results, referrals, insurance forms, follow up appointments, retail sales.
Understand, execute, and follow clinic processes and protocols, and confidentiality protocols.
Knowledge and experience with medical grade skincare
Demonstrate professionalism, an excellent attendance record, dependability, kindness, maturity, diplomacy and exceptional communication skills.
Prepare daily schedules, help with client room set up, cleaning, and autoclave/sterilization experience
Receive, track and order retail product and clinic inventory
Monthly invoicing, tracking and generation of POS reports
Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Excel, Milano Medispa Software, Quickbooks
Work habits must include high accuracy and efficiency, show initiative, demonstrate focused organizational skills, and multi-tasking. Be able to work individually and more importantly as part of a high performance team, with confidence and vision
