Part-time Client Care Coordinator

 

We are looking for a professional, experienced, caring, friendly, and highly organized individual to join the Vive® Team.

Job Description:

  • Medical Office Assistant designation preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills both on the phone and in person
  • Knowledge and experience with confidently using scheduling software
  • Professional management of scheduling patients in a brisk medical atmosphere
  • Processing clients smoothly through their clinic visit
  • ​Experience in point of sale/retail transactions
  • Knowledge/experience with medical grade skincare, and medical aesthetics an asset
  • Current computer skills for MS Word, Excel
  • Able to multi-task in a busy clinic environment
  • Assist physicians with paperwork, faxing referrals, generating prescriptions, and follow up
  • Assist clinicians with patient flow, follow up, and clinic procedures
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible – able to excel in a team environment
  • Able to work Saturdays and some weekday shifts
